All payments submitted to Brow Squad are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE. If you are unable to attend for any reason, you may attend another available course/event at a later date within 6 months and the deposit can be carried over with a minimum of two weeks notice before event commencement. Any rescheduling/cancellation of dates will incur a $500 alteration fee. If a course/event is cancelled on behalf of Brow Squad, we will issue you with a refund. This refund policy will differ for events and conferences, refunds not applicable or transferable on events & conferences.
